Petals and Bows

Petals and Bows is a cute little family owned boutique in Paris, TX. It is full of fun, pretty and unique items. A lot of the items are hand made! Some of items sold at the store include hair bows, tutu's, headbands, hand crochet hats, ladies purses and jewelry. They also carry ladies clothes and other accessories. Stephanie and Mike

I had the pleasure of working with Stephanie and her wonderful family. Stephanie and Mike were married at the DeShong Chapel in Paris, TX on September 1st 2012. Below are some words from Stephanie.

Mike and I met Nov 13,2010 and it was love at first sight. That since has turned into a beautiful relationship. We are best friends and soul mates for life.I believe God sent him to me all the way from Iraq. The love we have for one another is most definitely one of a kind. I know without a doubt  I'll spend the rest of my life with this man. He proposed to me after only one month of dating and said he fell in love with my heart and spirit...and of course i said yes. 22 months later we said our vows. I think everyone could feel the love he and i share. I'm so thankful to Laura Snider Photography, because nothing captures the moment like a beautiful picture and she did an excellent job doing that. My sincere thanks to you for making my day last a lifetime..... and I thank God for bringing such joy to my life.....

Michelle and Tyler

I was lucky enough to be able to take photos of my sister's engagement. Tyler messaged me on facebook saying he was going to ask my sister, Michelle, to marry him. He then told me what his plan was for proposing. He wanted to come stay with my husband and I around Valentines Day and have a photo shoot. During the photo shoot, he wanted to propose. I was able to capture a very special moment through the lens of my camera.

 Here is a little bit about my sister and her fiance writen by my sister:

Tyler and I met through a mutual friend and started hanging out together. Tyler mustered up the courage to ask me out for Valentine's Day. We've been together for more than two and half years now. We both go to UTD. I'm studying Art and Technology and he is getting his master's in Computer Science. I currently work at Sci-Tech Discovery Center and he works at Ericsson.

He proposed in Paris, Texas by hiding his true intentions with a photo shoot. I had no idea, and we got lots of great pictures! The wedding is planned to be at the Botanic Gardens in Fort Worth on September 14, 2013.
